SERP Account definition
SERP Account or the “Account” means an account maintained under this Agreement on or after the effective date.
SERP Account means the Employer’s accounting of the accumulated amounts credited by the Employer plus accrued interest.
SERP Account means the account maintained on the books of the Company for the Employee under Article 4.
Examples of SERP Account in a sentence
During the payment period, interest shall continue to be credited on the unpaid portion of the SERP Account balance as described in Section 3.1(b).
The Plan’s default vesting rules in Section 3.2 will apply to the Participant’s SERP Account.
The Plan’s default time and form of payment rules in Article VI of the Plan will apply to the Participant’s entire SERP Account, with one exception.
The Board may, in its sole discretion, allocate Discretionary Credits to the Participant’s SERP Account from time to time in accordance with Section 5.2 of the Plan.
The Participant’s SERP Account will be credited with interest pursuant to Section 5.3 of the Plan.
More Definitions of SERP Account
SERP Account means, an account to which the Employer shall credit all Performance-based Contributions or P&L Contributions allocated thereto. Each Participant’s SERP Account shall be utilized solely as a device for the termination and measurement of the amounts to be paid to the Participant pursuant to the Plan and related Participation Agreement. A Participant’s SERP Account shall not constitute or be treated as a trust fund of any kind.
SERP Account means a separate bookkeeping account established for a Participant pursuant to Section 3.1 to which amounts equal to SERP Deferral Contributions are credited. No further SERP Deferral Contributions shall be made after December 31, 2007.
SERP Account means a separate account maintained for a Participant as provided in Section 2.2.
SERP Account means each of the bookkeeping accounts maintained for the Participant under Article 4.
SERP Account means the bookkeeping reserve account established pursuant to Article III and distributed pursuant to Article IV.
SERP Account means a separate bookkeeping account established for a Participant pursuant to Section 3.1 to which amounts equal to SERP Deferral Contributions are credited.
SERP Account means the bookkeeping account maintained for the Participant under Article 4.
