Series E Shares definition

Series E Shares means series E preferred shares, par value US$0.00025 per share, in the share capital of the Company.
Series E Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1(b).
Series E Shares means the series E redeemable convertible preferred shares, par value US$0.0001 per share, of the Company.
