Series D Units definition

Series D Units has the meaning assigned to such term in the LLC Agreement.

Series D Units means in respect of a Fund, the Series D Units of that Fund. (ee) “Series DZ Units” means in respect of a Fund, the Series DZ Units of that Fund. (ff) “Series F Units” means in respect of a Fund, the Series F Units of that Fund.

Series D Units means the preferred units, Series D, of Artis, having the attributes set forth in the certificate of preferred unit terms in respect of the Series D Units which was approved by the Trustees as of September 18, 2012;

More Definitions of Series D Units

Series D Units means the Series D Units of a Fund;

Series D Units means the units of the Company’s securities consisting of one share of the Company’s Series D Non-Convertible Preferred Stock, par value $0.001 per share and that portion of a warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one share of Common Stock at the price therein, in each case subject to adjustment.
