Series B Units definition

Series B Units has the meaning assigned to such term in the LLC Agreement.

Series B Units means Series B currency hedged mutual fund units or Series B non-currency hedged mutual fund units of a fund, as applicable.

Series B Units is defined in Section 3.2(a).

• The Series B Units pay floating rate cumulative preferential distributions on a quarterly basis, at the discretion of the Board of Trustees.

More Definitions of Series B Units

Series B Units means the preferred units, Series B, of Artis, having the attributes set forth in the certificate of preferred unit terms in respect of the Series B Units which was approved by the Trustees as of August 2, 2012;

Series B Units means in respect of a Fund, the Series B Units of that Fund. (cc) “Series C Units” means in respect of a Fund, the Series C Units of that Fund. (dd) “Series D Units” means in respect of a Fund, the Series D Units of that Fund. (ee) “Series DZ Units” means in respect of a Fund, the Series DZ Units of that Fund. (ff) “Series F Units” means in respect of a Fund, the Series F Units of that Fund.

Series B Units means Units of the Company issued as described in Section 6.1(b).

Series B Units means the Series B Units representing limited liability company interests in IDR Holdings.

Series B Units has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.2.

Series B Units means the units of beneficial interest in the Trust, designated as “Series B Units”;

Series B Units means the Series B Units of NewCo having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Series B Units in the NewCo Partnership Agreement.
