Series 3 Notes definition

Series 3 Notes means collectively the Series 3 Class A Notes, the Series 3 Class B Notes and the Series 3 Class C Notes;

Series 3 Notes means collectively the Series 3 Class A Notes, the Series 3 Class B Notes, the Series 3 Class M Notes and the Series 3 Class C Notes;

Series 3 Notes means the interest-bearing Series 3 unsecured subordinated promissory notes of TB Trust that have been or may be issued pursuant to the Note Indenture.

More Definitions of Series 3 Notes

Series 3 Notes means the Series 3 Senior Notes issued by LGII pursuant to the Indenture, dated as of October 1, 1996, between LGII, as issuer, TLGI, as guarantor, and Fleet National Bank, as Indenture Trustee, as amended or modified.
