Series 1 Notes definition

Series 1 Notes means collectively the Series 1 Class A Notes, the Series 1 Class B Notes, the Series 1 Class M Notes and the Series 1 Class C Notes;
Series 1 Notes means the Series 1 Notes of InterRent Trust; “Series 2 Notes” means the Series 2 Notes of InterRent Trust; “Series 3 Notes” means the Series 3 Notes of InterRent Trust; “Shareholders” mean the holders of Shares;
Series 1 Notes means the Series 1 Notes to be issued by the Operating Trust exclusively to Boardwalk REIT;

  • The Company shall not incur any new Indebtedness which is intended to rank pari passu or senior in right of payment to the Series 2 Notes; provided, however, that this Section 7.3 does not apply to any Indebtedness incurred which is used to repay the Series 2 Notes and accrued interest thereon in full before any other permitted use (other than a concurrent repayment in full of the Series 1 Notes).

  • As of the Effective Time, there is not more than $270,000 in aggregate principal amount of indebtedness, plus approximately $23,465 of accrued interest thereon, under the Series 1 Notes outstanding.

More Definitions of Series 1 Notes

Series 1 Notes means collectively the Series 1 Class A Notes, the Series 1 Class B Notes and the Series 1 Class C Notes;
Series 1 Notes means the Series 1 Notes issued by the Operating Trust exclusively to Boardwalk REIT on May 3, 2004 in the principal amount of $640 million;
Series 1 Notes means the interest-bearing Series 1 unsecured subordinated promissory notes of TB Trust that have been or may be issued pursuant to the Note Indenture in two separate subseries, which subseries are designated as Series 1, 4% notes and Series 1, 81/8 % notes, with each subseries having separate and distinct terms and conditions as set out in the Note Indenture.
Series 1 Notes means, together, the €594,000,000 Class A Mortgage Backed Floating Rate Notes Series 2003-1 due 2037; the €10,700,000 Class M1 Mortgage Backed Floating Rate Notes Series 2003-1 due 2037; the €17,700,000 Class M2 Mortgage Backed Floating Rate Notes Series 2003-1 due 2037 and the €8,800,000 Class B Mortgage Backed Floating Rate Notes Series 2003-1 due 2037, issued by the Issuer in the context of the First Securitisation.
Series 1 Notes and "Series 2 Notes" shall have the meanings assigned to each of them in Section 1.5(a) (ii) hereof.
Series 1 Notes means the Company’s unsecured senior convertible notes issued between August 2021 and November 2021 in connection with a private offering of certain bundled securities (including but not limited to the I-Pulse Notes), as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time).
Series 1 Notes means the Series 1 Senior Notes issued by LGII pursuant to the Indenture, dated as of March 20, 1996, between LGII, TLGI, as guarantor, and Fleet National Bank of Connecticut, as Indenture Trustee, as amended or modified.
