Serial Numbered Goods definition
Serial Numbered Goods has the same meaning as in the Regulations.
Serial Numbered Goods means goods of a kind that may or must be described by serial number in any financing statement registered in accordance with the PPSA and Personal Property Securities Regulations 2010 (Cth).

Serial Numbered Goods means the following, when not held for sale or lease in the ordinary course of business: a motor vehicle, a trailer, a mobile home, an aircraft, or a boat, as defined by administrative instruction from the registration office.
Serial Numbered Goods has the meaning given to it in the Personal Property Security Regulation made under the PPSA, including without limitation the Goods listed on Schedule 8.
