Sensitive Material definition

Sensitive Material means any UK government software, information, thing or documentation provided pursuant to a Security Aspects Arrangement;

Sensitive Material means an instructional material that is pornographic or indecent material as that term is defined in UCA§ 76-10-1235.

Sensitive Material means instructional material that is pornographic or indecent (as defined in this policy) but excludes instructional materials selected (a) following the procedures outlined in Policy ECH, (b) for medical courses, (c) for family and consumer sciences courses, or (d) for other courses identified by State Board of Education Rule.
