Senior Rate definition

Senior Rate. For each Class of Notes, as specified in the related Indenture Supplement.
Senior Rate means, for each Class of Series 2012-VF3 Notes, (a) the Cost of Funds Rate plus (b) the Senior Margin for such Class.
Senior Rate means, for (i) the Class A-1-T2 Term Notes will be a rate per annum equal to 1.34%; (ii) the Class A-2-T2 Term Notes will be a rate per annum equal to 1.99%; (iii) the Class B-1-T2 Term Notes will be a rate per annum equal to 1.74%; (iv) the Class B-2-T2 Term Notes will be a rate per annum equal to 2.48%; (v) the Class C-1-T2 Term Notes will be a rate per annum equal to 3.22%; (vi) the Class C-2-T2 Term Notes will be a rate per annum equal to 3.96%; (vii) the Class D-1-T2 Term Notes will be a rate per annum equal to 3.96%; and (viii) the Class D-2-T2 Term Notes will be a rate per annum equal to 4.94%.

Examples of Senior Rate in a sentence

  • The Junior Rates will be applied for all other SWs. The parties agree that there are currently some situations where a School has stated in writing that it will pay the Senior Rate to SWs who would ordinarily be paid at the Junior Rate.

  • Following service of one year at Step 9 of the Salary Guide contained in Appendix C an employee shall move to the Senior Rate on the appropriate anniversary date.

  • Following service of one year at Step 9 of the Salary Guide contained in Appendix D, an employee shall move to the Senior Rate on the appropriate anniversary date.

More Definitions of Senior Rate

Senior Rate means, for the Series 2020-VF1 Notes, the Note Interest Rate.
Senior Rate has the meaning given to such term in the Pricing Side Letter.
Senior Rate means, for (i) Class A-T2, a rate per annum equal to 1.679%; (ii) Class B-T2, a rate per annum equal to 1.991%; (iii) Class C-T2, a rate per annum equal to 2.190%; (iv) Class D-T2, a rate per annum equal to 2.734%; (v) Class E-T2, a rate per annum equal to 4.948%; and (vi) Class F-T2, a rate per annum equal to 5.682%.
