Senior Bond definition

Senior Bond or “Senior Bonds” means any Bond or Bonds other than any Bond of a Series which in accordance with its term is a Subordinated Bond.
Senior Bond that certain First Mortgage Bond in the aggregate principal amount of $500,000,000 issued to the Administrative Agent pursuant to the Supplemental Indenture on the Effective Date.
Senior Bond means any Bond so designed in the Supplemental Indenture authorizing issuance of such Bond, which, whether or not so stated in the Supplemental Indenture authorizing such Senior Bond, shall be of equal Priority with all other Senior Bonds and shall have a Priority over all Subordinate Bonds.
