Seneca cans vegetables at plants located in western New York in Geneva, Marion, Leicester, East Williamson and Newark (the "Seneca Plants"), as well as at plants xx xxxxx xtates. CMF operates plants in western New York for the production of canned and frozen vegetables at Bergen, Oakfield, Barker, Gorham, Shortsville and Waterport (the "CMF Plants").
