Nothing contained within this Contract shall be construed to prohibit the Contractor from disclosing information relevant to performance of the Contract or purchase order to members or staff of the Florida Senate or Florida House of Representatives.

In year three of the contract (8/1/21-7/31/22), if the College receives a Senate Bill 6 score of 3.0 or above or a CFI score of 1.5 or above for the College’s fiscal year 2021, each member of the bargaining unit who has a step available in Appendix A shall be advanced one step on the salary schedule effective 8/1/21.
