The provisions of this clause 3.1 shall constitute authority to the Seller’s Conveyancer, in terms of Section 86(4) of the Legal Practice Act, 2014(Act No. 28 of 2014), to invest the deposit for the benefit of Purchaser pending registration of transfer.
