Self-certification definition

Self-certification means a written certification of which category of type of driving an applicant for a commercial driver’s license engages in or intends to engage in, from the following categories:
Self-certification means an attestation by a Registered Entity that it is compliant or non- compliant with a Reliability Standard Requirement that is the subject of the Self-Certification, or that it does not own Facilities that are subject to the Reliability Standard Requirement, or that the Reliability Standard Requirement is not applicable to the Registered Entity.
Self-certification means the act of declaring one's adherence to the obligations relating to management systems, risk management, third-party audits and disclosure as set out in this Regulation;
