Selected Respondent definition

Selected Respondent or “Consultant” means the individual, partnership, corporation or joint venture that the PBC selects for award of a contract pursuant to the RFQ.

Selected Respondent means the awardee of the contract for this RFP.

Selected Respondent means the respondent selected by the Secretary to enter into a contract to design and create a statue in accordance with the terms and conditions of this request for qualifications.

• Such termination may not be considered a breach of contract by [Selected Respondent] or the subcontractor.

More Definitions of Selected Respondent

Selected Respondent means the Respondent whose submission has been selected by the City for further consideration.

Selected Respondent means the Respondent who is selected to perform the services for the Project pursuant to the procedure discussed in this RFP.

Selected Respondent or “Contractor” means the entity awarded a contract pursuant to the City’s RFP process, and includes the Contractor’s subcontractors.

Selected Respondent means any Respondent submitting a response to the RFQ and which is determined by the City of Torrance to be both qualified and responsive, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RFQ and is short-listed by the City.

Selected Respondent means the firm(s), companies; organization(s), vendor(s), etc. awarded a Contract under the RFP.

Selected Respondent shall have the meaning set forth in the opening paragraph.
