Seismic License definition

Seismic License is defined in Section 8.16(a).
Seismic License means a document in the form of Exhibit “L”.
Seismic License means the Seismic License from SM Energy, as Licensor, to Buyer, as Licensee, covering all geological and geophysical data (including seismic data) included in the Assets, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E.

  • Pursuant to the terms of such Seismic Licenses, the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereunder may require the consent of the applicable licensor, or the payment of one or more transfer, assignment or change of control fees or payments unless the Subject Company cancels or terminates such Seismic License.

Seismic License means any seismic, data and geophysical licenses and permits.
