SEDA definition

SEDA means the Standby Equity Distribution Agreement with an institutional investor (the “Investor”) dated May 29, 2020, under which the Company may, at its discretion, periodically sell to Investor, and pursuant to which the Investor may, at its discretion, require the Company to sell to it, up to US$50,000,000 of the Company Subordinate Voting Shares, subject to the conditions specified therein.
SEDA means the Small Enterprise Development Agency established in terms of Chapter 3 of the National Small Enterprise Act, 1996 (Act No. 102 of 1996), prior to its amendment by this Act; and
SEDA means the Sustainable Energy Development Authority Malaysia.

SEDA means the Sustainable Energy Development Authority Malaysia, a statutory body established under the Sustainable Energy Development Authority Act 2011, responsible for regulating and promoting sustainable energy development, including solar photovoltaic systems in Malaysia.
