Security Exchange definition

Security Exchange when used with respect to the Debentures of any series which are held as trust assets of a Trust pursuant to the Declaration of Trust of such Trust, means the distribution of the Debentures of such series by such Trust in exchange for the Preferred Securities and Common Securities of such Trust in dissolution of such Trust pursuant to the Declaration of Trust of such Trust.
Security Exchange when used with respect to the Debentures of any series which are held as assets of a Trust pursuant to the Declaration of Trust of such Trust, means the distribution of the Debentures of such series by such Trust to the holders of the Trust Securities of such Trust in exchange for such Trust Securities upon certain events described in the applicable Declaration of Trust of such Trust.
