  • To the extent possible, the Security Deposit Account shall be fully insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).

  • Subject to any requirements of applicable law, sums on deposit in a Security Deposit Account may be invested in Permitted Investments and Borrower shall have the right to direct the applicable Security Deposit Bank to invest sums on deposit in such Security Deposit Account in Permitted Investments.
