Pathnet is responsible for ordering and delivering maintenance spares. USW will perform maintenance and/or repair work upon receipt of the replacement maintenance spare and/or equipment from Pathnet. A call-out of a maintenance technician after business hours is subject to a minimum charge of three (3) hours. 8.2 Training Labor -- Provides for the billing of vendor-provided training for USW personnel on a metropolitan service area basis, necessary for Pathnet virtually collocated equipment which is different from USW provided equipment. USW will require three USW employees to be trained per metropolitan service area in which Pathnet virtually collocated equipment is located. If, by an act of USW, trained employees are relocated, retired, or are no longer available, USW will not require Pathnet to provide training for additional USW employees for the same virtually collocated equipment in the same metropolitan area.
