Securitization Subsidiaries the collective reference to the 2010 Securitization Subsidiaries and the Additional Securitization Subsidiaries, if any.

Securitization Subsidiaries the collective reference to Spiegel Acceptance Corporation and Financial Services Acceptance Corporation, each a Delaware corporation and a direct Subsidiary of Holdings.

More Definitions of Securitization Subsidiaries

Securitization Subsidiaries means (i) FFC, (ii) each of FFC's Subsidiaries (whether in existence on the Restatement Effective Date or created or acquired thereafter), (iii) each other Subsidiary of the Borrower created or acquired after the Restatement Effective Date that engages in asset securitization operations or the activities of which are limited to holding the stock or securities of another Subsidiary or Subsidiaries engaged in asset securitization operations and (iv) any other Financial Services Subsidiaries which enters into asset securitization transactions after the Restatement Effective Date.

Securitization Subsidiaries means (a) Bravo, (b) HPSC Equipment Receivables 2000-1 LLC I, a Delaware limited liability company, (c) HPSC Equipment Receivables 2000-1 LLC II, a Delaware limited liability company, and (d) any New Securitization Subsidiary, so long as no Indebtedness of any of the foregoing Persons is recourse to Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.

Securitization Subsidiaries as defined in the definition of “Excluded Subsidiary” in this Section 1.1.
