Securities Seal definition

Securities Seal means a seal for use for sealing certificates for shares or other securities issued by the Company which is a facsimile of the Seal of the Company with the addition on its face of the words “Securities Seal”;
Securities Seal means an official seal kept by the Company for sealing securities issued by the Company, or for sealing documents creating or evidencing securities so issued, as permitted by the Companies Acts;
Securities Seal means an official seal kept by the Company by virtue of Section 50 of the Act.
