Secured Note definition

Secured Note means each promissory note with a related security interest evidenced by written agreement, pursuant to which the purchase of specified assets by an Obligor or End-User is financed for specified monthly, quarterly, semiannual or annual payments.
Secured Note. Each of the Secured Notes, designated as a Secured Note, issued by ACOLT pursuant to the ACOLT Indenture.
Secured Note means this Note, any Additional Secured Convertible Notes issued or any notes issued in replacement of the foregoing.
