Sectional Title Register definition

Sectional Title Register means the register in respect of the Erf and the buildings registered and opened in terms of the STA and STSMA;

Sectional Title Register means the register referred to in section 12 (1) (b), and includes any sectional plan registered under this Act, and a deeds registry's duplicate of any certificate of registered sectional title deemed to be incorporated in such register;

Sectional Title Register means a sectional title register in respect of the land and the building/s comprised in the Scheme from time to time;

Examples of Sectional Title Register in a sentence

• The Seller may appoint and delegate any or all of its powers and duties in the management of the development to a managing agent of its choice, for a maximum period of 1 (ONE) year from the date of the opening of the Sectional Title Register.

• This agreement is for the Purchase and Sale of a Sectional Title Unit in the scheme known as Harbour Bay Village prior to the opening of the Sectional Title Register.

• Until the Sectional Title Register has been opened and the Body Corporate established the Section shall be insured by the Seller with an insurance company selected by the Seller against such risks and perils as the Seller may require for such sums as the Seller may determine, but substantially in accordance with the provisions of the Rules.

• Where a Share Block Company as defined by the Share Blocks Control Act 59 of 1980, has opened a Sectional Title Register in respect of land and buildings to which the Share Block Scheme relates, then, holders of shares within the Share Block Company may qualify for rebates under 7.2; 7.3 and 7.4 above, provided they meet the necessary criteria as set out by the Municipality from time to time.

• Where a Share Block Company as defined by the Share Blocks Control Act 1980 (Act No.59 of 1980) has opened a Sectional Title Register in respect of residential land and buildings to which the Share Block Scheme relates, then, only residential sectional title unit owners may qualify for rebates under clause 7.2, 7.3 and 7.4, provided they meet the necessary criteria as set out by the Municipality from time to time.
