Secondment Agreements means each of the Teekay Singapore Secondment Agreement and each other secondment agreement entered into by the Borrower and an Affiliate of a Sponsor, substantially in the form of Exhibit D-4.

Secondment Agreements means the agreements (excluding the Ford US Secondment Agreement) to be entered into between relevant members of the Seller Group and the Buyer’s Group which provide for the secondment of certain individuals between them on specified terms in the Agreed Form or (subject to the agreement of the parties) with such amendments as may be necessary in order to comply with local law in a particular jurisdiction; Seller Group means the Seller together with its Affiliates from time to time but excluding the Target Companies and (to the extent they exist and have acquired any Embedded NSC Assets at the relevant time) NSC Newcos;

Examples of Secondment Agreements in a sentence

• Secondment Agreements may not contradict the Grant Agreement and this Consortium Agreement.

• All contractual salary and benefits due and payable to the Seconded Employees during the Secondment Term shall be in accordance with the Secondment Agreements.

• For each Seconded Employee, the “Secondment Term” shall be that period of time from such employee’s initial secondment pursuant to the Secondment Agreements until the earlier of: (i) completion of the period provided in Schedule 2.01 for the provision of the Services in which such Seconded Employee is engaged or (ii) the termination of this Agreement for whatever cause.

Secondment Agreements shall be added to Section 1.1 of the Master Formation Agreement as follows:
