Secondees means those individuals whose names are specified in Schedule 1 and who are employed by Home Company when physically not in Canada and are seconded to Host Company when physically present in Canada pursuant to this Agreement. ​

More Definitions of Secondees

Secondees means technical and professional personnel employed by a Non-Operator or its Affiliate(s) who, with Operator’s approval, are loaned to Operator to perform services for, and under the direction and control of, Operator under a secondment agreement.
