Secondary Source definition

Secondary Source shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.3;
Secondary Source means a lead exposure risk that is not derived from a painted surface or structural component of a property, including, but not limited to:
Secondary Source means a foundry engaged by a Customer to supply the "overflow" quantity of semiconductor wafers or devices when the Company, due to capacity limitations, can only partially supply the Customer's needs for such semiconductor wafers or devices.
