Secondary Notes definition

Secondary Notes has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02 (b) hereof.
Secondary Notes shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.
Secondary Notes is defined to mean the additional Notes issued in lieu of cash payment of any or all of the interest due on any Interest Payment Date occurring prior to February 15, 2005; upon issuance, Secondary Notes shall be deemed "Notes" for all purposes under this Indenture.

  • Notes (other than Secondary Notes) may not be surrendered for combination into a Note with a principal amount that is not $1,000 or an integral multiple thereof.

  • Subject to Sections 6.04 and 6.07 hereof, the Holders of a majority in aggregate principal amount of the Notes (including, without limitation, Secondary Notes, if any) then outstanding voting as a single class may waive compliance in a particular instance by the Company with any provision of this Indenture or the Notes.
