Second Priority Debt Parties definition

Second Priority Debt Parties means the Initial Second Priority Debt Parties and, with respect to any series, issue or class of Second Priority Debt, the holders of such Indebtedness, the Representative with respect thereto, any trustee or agent therefor under any related Second Priority Debt Documents and the beneficiaries of each indemnification obligation undertaken by the Borrower or any other Grantor under any related Second Priority Debt Documents.
Second Priority Debt Parties means the Initial Second Priority Debt Parties and, with respect to any series, issue or class of Second Priority Debt incurred after the date hereof, the holders of such Indebtedness, the Representative with respect thereto, any trustee or agent therefor under any related Second Priority Debt Documents and the beneficiaries of each indemnification obligation undertaken by the Borrower or any other Grantor under any related Second Priority Debt Documents.
Second Priority Debt Parties means the Initial Second Lien Secured Parties and any Additional Second Priority Debt Parties.

  • The Senior Representatives, the Senior Secured Parties, the Second Priority Representatives and the Second Priority Debt Parties shall have no duty to advise any other party hereunder of information known to it or them regarding such condition or any such circumstances or otherwise.

Second Priority Debt Parties means (i) the 2028 Secured Notes Secured Parties, (ii) the 2030 Secured Notes Secured Parties, (iii) the 2031 Secured Notes Secured Parties, and, (iv) with respect to any Second Priority Class Debt, the holders of such Indebtedness, the Representative with respect thereto, any trustee or agent therefor under any related Second Priority Debt Documents and the beneficiaries of each indemnification obligation undertaken by the Company or any other Grantor under any related Second Priority Debt Documents.
