Second Payment definition

Second Payment as defined in Section 2.6 (a).
Second Payment shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.1 herein.

  • If the Sellers fail to deliver the Escrowed Documents on the Escrowed Documents Delivery Date, the Initial Escrow Amount and the Second Payment shall be refunded to the Purchaser without interest, and this Agreement shall automatically terminate without further action by any Party.
