Second Option Shares. Means the number of shares in GA shown in the Schedule as due to be issued to the Shareholder on the Second Anniversary of the Stock Purchase Agreement
Second Option Shares shall have the meaning provided in Section 7.

  • Notwithstanding such pledge, Continental shall retain full beneficial ownership of the Second Option Shares, including without limitation the right to vote such shares and to hold such shares for all purposes under the Shareholders Agreement.

Second Option Shares means the 21,904 “C” Ordinary Shares of €0.001 each held by the Grantors in the numbers set out in Schedule 1, subject to any changes thereto arising out of the transfer of any First Option Share or Second Option Shares by any Employee Grantor to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or the transfer of the Second Option Beneficial Shares to the Beneficial Grantor;
Second Option Shares has the meaning specified in Section 2.1 of this Agreement.
