Second Lien Notes Indentures definition

Second Lien Notes Indentures means, collectively, the: (a) 10.00% Second Lien Notes Indentures; and (b) 12.75% Second Lien Notes Indenture.
Second Lien Notes Indentures means the 2025 Second Lien Notes Indenture and the 2029 Second Lien Notes Indenture.
