Seaworthy means in a reasonably fit and good condition to safely move or stay within the Port and that it will remain in a reasonably fit and good condition despite any of the ordinary perils which it may encounter during the Vessel’s stay;
Seaworthy means fit for the Scheduled Vessel’s intended purpose. Seaworthy means that the vessel’s hull, keel, decking, cabin and mast are structurally sound and generally free from dry-rot or other similar defect or deficiency. If a dispute over the seaworthiness of a vessel arises, the opinion of a qualified independent marine surveyor may be obtained at the owner’s expense.
