Seamless means: (a) SeamlessWeb Professional Solutions LLC; (b) any agent or entity acting in its name or under its authority (alleged or actual), including any third parties used to originate or process debit card transactions; and (c) all present and former parents, predecessors, successors, assigns, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, attorneys, vendors, accountants, agents, representatives and employees of each of the persons or entities in subparagraphs (a) and (b) of this paragraph.
