By December 31, 2013, the University will notify the student at issue in OCR Docket No. 15-13-2011 (Student B), in writing, of his opportunity to reenroll in the University’s Basic Skin and SCUBA Diving course (scuba course) the next term the University offers the course, should he reenroll at the University.
