THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ACRANET AND ITS AGENTS FOR A CLAIM BY CLIENT RELATED TO CLIENT’S USE OF ANY CREDIT RISK SCORE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE SURCHARGE PAID BY CLIENT FOR THE CREDIT RISK SCORE TO WHICH SUCH CLAIM RELATES.
CLIENT HAS MADE ITS OWN ANALYSIS OF THE CREDIT RISK SCORE OR SCORES SELECTED BY CLIENT, INCLUDING THE RELIABILITY OF USING SUCH SCORES IN CONNECTION WITH CLIENTS’S CREDIT DECISION.

I understand that I may only use such recordings that I make or cause to be made for my own personal, and non-commercial purposes, and that if I wish to use or license such recordings for any commercial purpose whatsoever, I must obtain the express written permission of SCORE International or their authorized representative which permission may be withheld in SCORE’s sole discretion.
Other jurisdictions may “borrow” a Contract Agency Inmate according to policies and procedures of SCORE and as listed in Exhibit G.
