Scope of Work (SOW) definition

Scope of Work (SOW). An exhibit to the Contract consisting of a written description of the Work to be performed. Subcontractor: The individual, association, partnership, firm, company, corporation, or joint venture entering into an agreement with the Contractor to perform any portion of the Work covered by this Contract. Work: Everything to be provided and done for the fulfillment of the Contract and shall include services, goods and supplies specified under this Contract, including Contract Amendments.
Scope of Work (SOW) means a formal written description that captures and defines the work activities, deliverables and timeline a Service Provider will execute against in performance of the specified work for Petroleum Research, as more particularly described in Section 3 of this RFP.

Scope of Work (SOW) means a document developed by DPMC that identifies in detail the components of the space planning request or components of the project description, which the potential lessor must address in the leased space proposal.
