Scope Change Order definition

Scope Change Order means a written order to Contractor issued and signed by Owner after the execution and delivery of this Agreement authorizing a Scope Change and, if appropriate, an adjustment in one or more of the Contract Price, the Guaranteed Completion Dates, the Payment and Milestone Schedule, the Construction Progress Milestone Dates, the Project Schedule and the Performance Guarantees or any other amendment of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Scope Change Order has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2.
Scope Change Order means a written modification to this Project Plan agreed to and signed by both Parties reflecting the terms of a Scope Change.

Examples of Scope Change Order in a sentence

  • Except to the extent that Siemens is entitled to a Scope Change Order or other relief provided for in this Agreement, Siemens shall perform its Work in accordance with the Work Schedule.

  • Siemens shall be entitled to a Scope Change Order to compensate Siemens for the increased cost of its performance and/or schedule delay resulting from such suspension of the Work.

  • All delays in the performance of the Work and costs incurred by Siemens as a result of such suspension shall entitle Siemens to an equitable Scope Change Order in accordance with Section 9.2.

  • Any delay by Buyer in completing its obligations shall be a Buyer Caused Delay, which shall entitle Siemens to a Scope Change Order pursuant to Article 9.

  • If at any time prior to issuance of Notice to Proceed, Buyer notifies Siemens in writing that the timing of the Project has changed so that the Work Schedule is no longer accurate, Siemens and Buyer shall negotiate in good faith to undertake a Scope Change Order, amending the Work Schedule and amending the corresponding Outside Notice to Proceed Date, based on the equitable adjustment necessary to overcome any delays and taking into account any prior committed orders that Siemens must fulfill.

Scope Change Order means a written order to CONTRACTOR issued and signed by the OWNER after the execution and delivery of the Agreement authorizing a Scope Change and, if appropriate, an adjustment in one or more of the Contract Price, the Guaranteed Completion Date, the Project Schedule, the Guaranteed Savings or any other amendment of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Scope Change Order means a written order to Contractor pursuant to Article 9, signed by Owner and countersigned by Contractor, authorizing a Scope Change.

Scope Change Order means a written order to Contractor, in the form of Exhibit G hereto, issued and signed by Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of Article 12 hereof after the execution and delivery of this Agreement, authorizing a Scope Change and, if appropriate pursuant to the terms hereof, an adjustment in one or more of the Scope Document, the Contract Sum, the Project Schedule, the Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date, the Guaranteed Final Acceptance Date, the Long Stop Date, the Payment and Values Schedule, the Maximum Cumulative Drawdown Schedule, or any other amendment of the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents.
