Schematic Design Drawings means, at a minimum, a Site development plan, building plans, elevations, sections, and perspective sketches sufficient to convey comprehensive design intent.

More Definitions of Schematic Design Drawings
Schematic Design Drawings means the plans, drawings, reports and other material delivered by the Company to and held by the Minister for tabling in Parliament as listed in the Second Schedule. The term includes all variations thereto as hereinafter provided.
Schematic Design Drawings means those Plans and Specifications Customarily associated with the “schematic level” of the Design Development Process, containing details as would be reasonably necessary to allow County to assess, at a “schematic level,” the basic development plan, including the impacts of any portion of the Project and the Retained Rights, which details shall include, among other things, site plans, elevations, general landscaping plans, floor plans, locations and sizes of informational signs, and details regarding features in public areas, potential public art elements, parking facilities, and potential exterior materials.

Schematic Design Drawings means detailed schematic design drawings for the Project which final schematic drawings that are consistent with the Site Plan and shall be approved by the City at or before Closing. Substantial Completion means the date that Developer receives the final certificate of occupancy for the Office Building, subject only to tenant improvements, certificates of occupancy for individual tenant spaces, and minor punchlist items that do not interfere with the use or operation thereof. Title Defects means conditions or defects disclosed in the Commitment or the survey that, (i) in the reasonable determination of Developer will interfere with its good and marketable title to the Office Site, or the construction and/or use of the Project. Utility Relocation means relocation of utilities located within or about the Office Site that impede construction of the Project.
Schematic Design Drawings means reasonably detailed and dimensioned 1/8 scale preliminary schematic design drawings for the Tenant Improvements, which drawings are reasonably consistent with the approved Space Plan.
