Scheduled Delivery Quarter definition
Scheduled Delivery Quarter has the meaning set forth in Clause 9.1.1.
Scheduled Delivery Quarter as defined in Clause 9.1. SEC – as defined in Clause 20.5(i).
Scheduled Delivery Quarter as defined in Clause 9.1. Second Quarter or 2nd Quarter – April, May and June of any given calendar year. Standard Specification – the A319 Standard Specification, the A320 Standard Specification or the A321 Standard Specification, as applicable.
Examples of Scheduled Delivery Quarter in a sentence
Subject to the then industrial and commercial constraints of the Seller, the Seller shall communicate to the Buyer the Scheduled Delivery Month of the respective Aircraft as close as possible to the Buyer’s request within the Scheduled Delivery Quarter.
The Seller will give the Buyer the Scheduled Delivery Month of each Aircraft ***** before the first day of the Scheduled Delivery Quarter of the respective Aircraft.
The Seller shall advise the Buyer by means of a written notice of the Scheduled Delivery Month within the Scheduled Delivery Quarter no later than *** months prior to the first month of the applicable calendar quarter.
