SBIIMS means SBI Infra Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Service Provider) having its Head Office, Ground Floor, Raheja Chambers, Free Press Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai- 400 021 and includes the client’s representatives, successors and assigns.
