Satisfaction Date definition

Satisfaction Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6.

Satisfaction Date means that date on which all of the Obligations have been paid or otherwise satisfied in full.

Satisfaction Date means the date of satisfaction in full of all obligations of the Borrower and all other obligors under the Loan Documents.

Examples of Satisfaction Date in a sentence

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the first (1st) business day of the month immediately following the month in which the Satisfaction Date occurs is three (3) or four (4) business days after the Satisfaction Date, the Closing shall be consummated on such third (3rd) or fourth (4th) business day, respectively.

• Buyer shall have the option, at any time prior to the Satisfaction Date, to notify Seller and Parent whether Buyer would prefer to acquire the equity of USCC Services without undertaking the F Reorganization and without making a Section 338(h)(10) Election with respect to such acquisition (the “Stock Purchase Request”).

More Definitions of Satisfaction Date

Satisfaction Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.14 hereof.

Satisfaction Date means the first day upon which the satisfaction or waiver of all conditions to the obligations of the Parties to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby (other than conditions with respect to actions the Parties are required to take at the Closing itself as provided herein) has occurred.
