SANParks. South African National Parks, a statutory body established in terms of section 5 of the National Parks Act, No. 57 of 1976 and continuing to exist as a juristic person in terms of the provisions of section 54 of the National Environmental Management: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ (Act No. 57 of 2003) and its lawfully designated representatives from time to time;
