Sanctions Event definition
Sanctions Event means the event specified in Section 6.21(c).
Sanctions Event means the events listed in condition 25.1.
Sanctions Event has the meaning set forth in Section 11.4(c).
Examples of Sanctions Event in a sentence
If performance of the obligations of the parties cannot be lawfully resumed within a period of [***] after the occurrence of a Sanctions Event which is continuing, then such party may terminate this Agreement at any time without any liability towards the other party, upon notice to the other party.
If performance of the obligations of the Parties cannot be lawfully resumed within a period of eighteen (18) months after the occurrence of a Sanctions Event which is continuing, then the Party described in subclause (a) or (b), in its sole discretion, may terminate this Agreement at any time without any liability towards the other Party, upon notice to the other Party.
More Definitions of Sanctions Event
Sanctions Event has the meaning set out in Clause 24.4.
Sanctions Event means any event or activity which results in or could result in any of the Contracted Party, any member of its management bodies or other governing bodies or any of its shareholders, being or becoming a Sanctioned Person.
Sanctions Event means the event specified in Section 9.17(c).
Sanctions Event means (a) the Issuer becomes a Sanctioned Person; (b) any Consenting Bondholder becomes a Sanctioned Person; or (c) being a party to the Agreement or performance or exercise of any obligations or rights hereunder would constitute a breach of Sanctions or would require a license or authorization under any Sanctions, unless the relevant license(s) and authorization(s) have been obtained from the relevant Sanctions Authority.
Sanctions Event shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.23.
Sanctions Event means Client has been designated by Sanctions; Securities mean a share, debenture, warrant, certificate, structured product, or unit, issued as defined under the laws of the AIFC in dematerialised form which are qualified as Admitted Products; Tabys Ltd. - A Private Company, "Tabys Ltd.", registered under the AIFC law, which owns the Application;
Sanctions Event has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(43). “ Sanctions Laws ” means any economic, trade or financial sanctions or trade embargoes imposed, administered or enforced from time to time under laws and executive orders of the Canadian government (including without limitation including under the Special ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ (▇▇▇▇▇▇), the United Nations Act (Canada), the Freezing Assets of Corrupt Foreign Officials Act (Canada), the Justice for Victims of Corrupt Foreign Officials Act (▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Law) and the Criminal Code (Canada) and, in each case, the regulations promulgated thereunder), the United States government, or any other relevant sanctions authority. “ Senior Administrative Agent ” means Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in its capacity as “Agent” under the Senior Credit Agreement. “ Senior Collateral Agent ” means Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in its capacity as “Collateral Agent” under the Senior Security Documents and the Intercreditor Agreement, or such Person from time to time appointed as collateral agent in accordance with the terms of the Intercreditor Agreement.
