Sanctions Event means the events listed in condition 25.1.

• If the Company and/or its Controlled Entities shall undertake any actions to remedy any such Noteholder Sanctions Event, the Company shall keep the holders reasonably and timely informed of such actions and the results thereof.

More Definitions of Sanctions Event

Sanctions Event means any event or activity which results in or could result in any of the Contracted Party, any member of its management bodies or other governing bodies or any of its shareholders, being or becoming a Sanctioned Person.

Sanctions Event means the event specified in Section 9.17(c).
