Sanction Hearing definition

Sanction Hearing means the hearing of the Court of the petition to sanction the Scheme pursuant to section 899 of the Act, including any adjournment thereof;
Sanction Hearing means a Committee hearing to determine what sanction, if any, to adopt or to recommend to the House of Representatives.
