Samsung Pay definition

Samsung Pay means versions 2.7.15, 2.6.14, 2.5.57, 2.4.33, 2.0.32 or above of Samsung’s mobile application known as 'Samsung Pay' in Australia.
Samsung Pay means the mobile payment application developed and offered by Samsung that allows you to pay for purchases by using a Samsung Device to transmit a tokenized version of a Card to a merchant's point-of-sale terminal that is either contactless-enabled or equipped with a magnetic card stripe reader.
Samsung Pay means version 2.6.14, 2.5.57, 2.4.33, 2.0.32 or above of Samsung’s mobile application known as 'Samsung Pay'.

More Definitions of Samsung Pay

Samsung Pay means the mobile wallet service provided by Samsung that enables you to make Samsung Pay Payments.
Samsung Pay means and include the UPI services offered by Samsung Pay to customers of the Axis bank and other banks who download the app, register on it and create VPA which is linked to a bank account and set account pin against that account.
Samsung Pay means the mobile payment and digital wallet service created by Samsung that lets users transact using certain Samsung Devices and credit, debit and prepaid cards registered on such Samsung Devices.
Samsung Pay means the “Samsung Pay” mobile application represented by the adjacent icon and which is available for download on, or comes pre- loaded to, an Eligible Device.
Samsung Pay allows you to store tokens representing Your Card in Your Device and communicate such tokens to a merchant for the purpose of initiating a payment transaction with Your Card, and to receive notifications and details of Transactions made using Your Device. Other than as set forth above, Samsung neither conducts nor has control over any commercial activities in connection with your use of Samsung Pay, including, without limitation, credit assessment, card issuance, payment processing, chargebacks, purchases, returns, and refunds. Samsung does not have any control over your bank’s cardholder authentication activities. You acknowledge and agree that Samsung is not responsible for any of these activities nor for Your relationship with any Card Issuer or merchant in connection with those activities. You acknowledge that Your use of Cards on Samsung Pay will remain subject to the terms of any cardholder agreement(s) You may have with the relevant Card Issuer, and neither these TOS nor Your use of the SERVICE and Samsung Pay shall alter Your existing relationship with Card Issuers with respect to Your Cards.
Samsung Pay means (a cutting edge mobile wallet solution that allows the Card Member to pay instantly and securely, at thousands of merchants in the UAE and abroad by loading the details of Card onto the Card Member’s Samsung phone.
Samsung Pay means Samsung’s mobile payment app called Samsung Pay available through the Google Play Store.
