Samson is defined as, shall mean and shall include (i) Samson Resources Company, (ii) Samson Resources Corporation, (iii) Samson Investment Company and any of its other subsidiary companies (including, without limitation, Samson Lone Star, LLC and Samson Contour Energy E&P LLC), and (iv) any successor to all or part of Samson’s business pursuant to a Change of Control which successor assumes and agrees to perform this Agreement or which otherwise becomes bound by all the terms and provisions hereof by operation of law. Other than the terms defined above, all capitalized and italicized terms appearing herein have the meaning set forth in Section III of this Agreement.
Samson means Samson Resources Company, including any of its subsidiaries and affiliates.

In the event a business entity controlled by the Schusterman Family is a buyer of or successor to a Samson subsidiary company, including those identified in (ii) above, or other part of Samson’s business, and should Employee, in conjunction with a Change of Control, accept an offer to transfer to a position with any such business entity controlled by the Schusterman Family, the provisions of this Agreement shall remain applicable to Employee and such Schusterman Family controlled business entity. Other than the terms defined above, all capitalized and italicized terms appearing herein have the meaning set forth in Section IV of this Agreement.
Samson reserves the right to terminate this warranty at any time upon advance written notice, except with respect to any product which has already been processed or installed by “the Customer”.
Samson means Samson Tug and Barge Company, Inc. and all affiliates.
Samson must be given reasonable opportunity to inspect the material claimed to be defective, “the Customer” has the responsibility for any video or still photos of the defective product for “Xxxxxx’x” inspection, and to arrange inspection of the site where the material in question is located. Should the claim be found not covered under this warranty, “the Customer” shall reimburse all of “Xxxxxx’x” and third party expenses incurred in connection with the investigation of the claim.
