SAMSA means the San Antonio Metropolitan Statistical Area or Relevant Marketplace, which collectively is comprised of Bexar County and the seven (7) surrounding counties of Atascosa, Bandera, Comal, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Kendall, Medina, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇.
