Same Day Funds means (a) with respect to disbursements and payments in Dollars, immediately available funds, and (b) with respect to disbursements and payments in an Alternative Currency, same day or other funds as may be determined by the Administrative Agent or the L/C Issuer, as the case may be, to be customary in the place of disbursement or payment for the settlement of international banking transactions in the relevant Alternative Currency.

• On each Funding Date, not later than 2:00 p.m. (New York City time), each Lender shall make available to the Administrative Agent its ratable portion of the Loans requested under clause (b) above by wire transfer in Same Day Funds in Dollars at the office designated by the Administrative Agent.
