Sales Orders definition

Sales Orders means an order for Maintenance Services issued by PARTNER to SAP for the benefit of a specific End User.
Sales Orders means all sales orders and other similar Contracts entered into by any Seller with purchasers of goods or services.
Sales Orders means the document(s) between the parties that lists the specific Services purchased by Client Group from ADP.

Examples of Sales Orders in a sentence

  • Customer has no right to use any Application unless and until one or more Sales Orders are entered into with respect to a particular Application and Customer’s right to use any particular Application is only valid during the period that both the applicable Sales Order and the applicable Subscription Term are in effect.

  • Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the Agreement will begin on the Effective Date and will continue for the time periods described in the applicable Sales Orders.

More Definitions of Sales Orders

Sales Orders means the ordering documents authorized by Xxxxx for purchases of Services hereunder, including Renewal Order (s) and addenda thereto, that are entered into between Customer and Wazuh from time to time.
